Year 2011 Forecast

A friend told me about a project he has done, a drawing of the year ahead as a tree, with goals and projects illustrated. I thought that was a great idea, so I started this one on Christmas Day and finally got it finished yesterday.

First, I had to figure out the symbols, and then, what I'd like to happen. Basically it boils down to "a year of good health for my family and me, a job I don't hate, and a bit of travel". Hopefully, all attainable goals!

One Day at the Frick

I visited the Frick Collection in December, and saw some amazing things, including a painting of a man with very silly pants, the original portrait of Dorian Grey, and a lady with an arm growing out of her stomach.
