Yup, it's that Harbinger of the Season, Super Yob Noddy Holder of Slade, most likely belting "Oh Christ, It's Christmas Once Again!" from atop the World's Heppest Christmas Tree. Unless you are old enough to remember (or a glitter-rock aficionado such as myself), you might assume that all those hits that Quiet Riot had back in the early 80's ("Mama Weer All Crazee Now" and "Cum On Feel the Noize") were originals, but nope, Slade did 'em first and best back in the glittery days of 1972.
As all those glitter bands were prone to releasing Christmas records*, our pal Dale Hart, charming wife of Alan Wayne (of the supremo Canadian punk combo the Von Zippers), saw fit to Deck the Halls with Fulsome Bugger-grips.
As Marc Bolan said, "Here's wishing you a super funk Christmas and a golden New Year!"
*Slade actually hit #1 with "Merry Christmas Everybody", Mud had "Lonely This Christmas", Wizzard did the interminable "I Wish It Could be Christmas Everyday", etc.etc. etc.
